Business Model
Arcco Group operates as a general contractor, a design-build firm, and an installer — three roles most projects have to split across three companies.
That structure keeps the design intent intact. The same team that lays out the building sizes the frame, coordinates the slab, and stands the steel, so decisions about span, eave height, door placement, and finish are made once and carried through the field.
The work ranges from a two-car carport to a ten-thousand square foot pre-engineered commercial building. Garages, workshops, RV covers, carports, and barndominiums make up the residential side; PEMB structures serve commercial and light-industrial clients.
